South Tyneside Homes has an exciting permanent opportunity in the role of an Electrician within our Property Services Team. The vacancy is advertised as an exciting opportunity for skilled operatives to join a proactive, driven, award winning team.
The Property Services Team are responsible for delivering a variety of construction work in the domestic and commercial sector, including new builds, planned maintenance rewires, electrical inspection condition reports, minor works alterations and responsive repairs to both occupied and void properties within its housing stock.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the experience and knowledge of electrical installation, fault-finding, testing and inspection and completing certification. The successful applicant must have a passion for excellent service delivery, demonstrate a strong customer focus, and have an outstanding track record of working within the electrical sector.
You should have experience of following the relevant Health and Safety practices, and ensuring works are delivered to specification with the highest standards of quality and workmanship. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services.
